I was the first support hire at Novig, a sports trading platform, where I built the entire customer support and automation function from scratch. That meant standing up an AI agent, designing fraud investigation workflows, hiring the team, and creating the operational playbook — all at once.
Before that, I ran the chatbot program at Fanatics Sportsbook and led customer operations at Ten Thousand. I like building things that sit at the intersection of customer experience, AI, and operations.
